Incredibly nice breakfast, simple check-in and extremely helpful staff. It has good location within walking distance of jardin shopping mall.

The staff was sweet, the restaurant was reasonably priced! I got free upgrade and liked it. The English breakfast had variety of options for all tastes. A fantastic beach, absolutely brilliant view. In general the service was helpful too. It was a delightful experience in a relaxing hotel.

Breakfast was great in combination with excellant staff. We loved the convenience of the queen room, as well as air conditioning, an electronic key card and a TV set with satellite channels etc. Besides, the property had free Wi-Fi.

I had a superb experience. The breakfast was gorgeous with plenty of goodies. Lovely decor, lovely beds, warm rooms. Staff was willing to help with directions etc. Smooth check-in, late check-out.

also, it had parking on site. as picky eaters we appreciated to be close to lots of restaurants, went to the pancake house couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.

western is just a walk down to the hotel. no complaints with the property. fantastic base for a city trip in quito.
